  • What areas do you serve?
    We are based in Raleigh, NC. We serve the whole state of NC and southern boarder's of Virginia and are willing to travel outside of our service area for larger events.
  • What is your order minimum?
    $450 order minimum for installation, plus delivery fee. We do offer pick up options for grab and go Balloon Garlands.
  • Can you provide a quote?
    Yes! Each balloon creation is handcrafted, pricing varies based on the type of design, complexity, length, volume, delivery and installation costs. All of our custom garlands are priced per foot so having measurements of the space where you would like to display balloons will help give you a general idea of cost.   • Do you charge a rush fee?
    Yes! If your event is within a two week window of today's date there will be a $250 rush fee added, unless otherwise noted. Price ranges depending on amount of balloons and backdrop option. Custom/personalized backdrops available upon request, design fee applies.
  • Do you require a deposit?
    A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking to save your date. If a deposit is not made within 7 days of invoice date, it will automatically expire. The remaining balance must be paid 1 day before delivery, or you are also able to send the whole payment as well. We only accept Invoices as a payment method & contract along must be signed as well. Please select the only option available “Invoice & Contract.”* Payment will be made to the Bria's Balloon Boutique LLC via cash, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Master Card, Visa, AMEX, Discover, AFTERPAY.
  • Why do we charge a service fee?
    We understand that transparency and clear communication are essential in ensuring your satistaction. Allow me to explain the reasoning behind this fee. Our service fee includes delivery & setup. Delivery fee covers cost of transportation and logistics required to bring your event decor safely to your desired location. Additionally our service fee accounts for the time & effort in preparing balloon garlands, backdrops etc for transportation to setting up at the venue. Tons of Behind the scenes efforts are made to bring your vision to life. We believe in providing a hassle free experience for our customers. We aim to offer convenience and convenience comes with a reasonable cost. It is important to note our fee is calculated based on distance (mileage) and size of order.
  • How do I book you?
    Yay! We'd love to work with you. Please fill out a Inquiry Form and let's get started. If you have a particular design or color story in mind, you can attach your inspiration images as well.
  • What type of balloons do you use?
    We use high quality professional grade latex balloons available. They are made of natural rubber latex and are biodegradable. We DO NOT use Amazon Balloons. We DO NOT blow up customer provided balloons.
  • How long will balloons last?
    Short anwer is - it varies. Unfortunately, balloons are very organic creatures and we cannot guarantee their lifetime. Balloons can pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. Environmental factors, including weather, children, pets, different surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions, and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan of our creations. We will replace anything we pop in transportation or during setup at no cost to you. Once delivered, Bria's Balloon Boutique is not responsible for any balloons that are popped, stolen, lost, poked or let go of.
  • Do you do outdoor installs?
    YES! HOWEVER! Sunshine, wind and other atmospheric conditions dramatically affect balloon décor. For all outdoor events, classic balloon décor, deliveries, and balloon sculptures CANNOT be guaranteed to withstand inclement weather. Customer should have a secondary plan to include an indoor location for deliveries. Balloons do not last long in direct sunlight; shaded areas are RECOMMENDED/IDEAL for outdoor events. All Sales Final. Placing balloon installations outdoors can create a visually stunning and eye-catching display. However, it is important to consider certain factors to ensure the longevity and appearance of the balloons. Direct sunlight can cause balloons to pop, especially when exposed for prolonged periods. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to position the balloon installations in a fully shaded area to minimize the risk of popping. Additionally, it should be noted that dark-colored balloons such as black and others may appear oxidized and matte when placed outdoors. Due to their nature, these colors are more susceptible to popping quicker than other balloons. Therefore, clients are advised to consider alternative colors or take extra precautions with dark-colored balloons to maintain the integrity of the installation. An indoor installation during hotter days is always recommended for optimal results. * Direct sun, heat, wind and extreme temperature changes are not good for balloons. If you hire us for an exterior/outdoor installation, you are hiring us at your own risk. We cannot be responsible for what the weather can do to your installation once we leave the premises.
  • Do you charge an outdoor fee?
    Including an outdoor fee for events held outdoors is essential for several reasons: Logistical Challenges: Outdoor events often present unique logistical challenges that indoor events do not. This may include factors like weather considerations, delivery, electricity, and supplies. Specialized Materials : Outdoor setups typically require specialized materials that are designed for outdoor use. Such as heavy duty materials, extra weights for setup, and balloon shine for balloons. These items may need to be rented or purchased specifically for the event, adding to the overall cost. Risk Management: Outdoor events are inherently more exposed to factors beyond our control, such as weather fluctuations, environmental conditions, and potential safety hazards. The outdoor fee helps cover the added risk associated with hosting events in outdoor environments. By including an outdoor fee, we can ensure that the installs are adequately compensated for the extra resources, effort, and potential risks involved in organizing events held in outdoor settings.
  • Can you plan my event for me?
    Yes! I offer event planning services. Please fill out a Inquiry Form and let's get started.
  • Can you do a site visit with me?
    Yes! Once a non-refundable deposit is received, we can schedule a site visit. We are committed to you and your event, this ensures you're committed to us.
  • When should I book my event?
    As soon as possible! Sometimes supplies are limited, we like to have a minimum of 2 weeks notice when taking balloon orders, however, if your event is within a two week window of today's date there will be a $250 rush fee added, unless otherwise noted. Price ranges depending on amount of balloons and backdrop option. Custom/personalized backdrops available upon request, design fee applies.
